Gets messages from a specific chat for summarization. Use this when the user wants to know what was discussed, asks about recent conversations, or has questions about chat activity like 'what have they been talking about?' or 'any plans mentioned?'. The 'chatName' parameter is the chat name. The optional 'timeRange' parameter specifies whether to get 'today' (default) or 'week' (past 7 days) of messages. The optional 'question' parameter is a specific question to focus on. Returns messages which you should summarize. If no messages are found in the requested time range, it falls back to the most recent day of messages - when 'fallbackToMostRecentDay' is true in the result, mention that you're summarizing the most recent day because there were no messages in the requested time range.
